Cancellation/ Return Policy:

• Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale will make all guarantees null and void.
• We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut.)
• We suggest that you inspect the hair without opening the bundles to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.
• All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
• Please call before returning hair to us. Exchanges must be made within 5 business days of purchase date and in the original packaged state.
• A completed Return Authorization form must be submitted.
• We are not responsible for any hair installation, hair removal or styling costs.
• If you wish to send back merchandise, after meeting the return guidelines for an exchange, please take the package to a local post office or UPS office and return the package to the address shown below. Customers are responsible for all shipping (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us) handling and insurance for returns. If necessary, please call 1-800-592-1664 and our customer service representatives will guide you in making the exchange.
• Please make sure you send a copy of the receipt with the return. If you do not have the receipt, please type or legibly write your name, consultant name, host name, phone number, address, date of purchase and the description of the item you are returning on a sheet of paper.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@shewearhair.com and send your item to: 5904 S Cooper Ste. 104 Arlington Texas US 76017.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
